MPRC Free and Cost Materials - Available to Minnesota Residents Only
The Minnesota Prevention Resource Center (MPRC) is Minnesota's Regional Alcohol and Drug Awareness Resource (RADAR) Center. Through this collaboration, MPRC disseminates free federal government and other publications about alcohol, tobacco and other drug related prevention topics. Unless otherwise noted, the free materials being offered through this website are published by the United States Department of Health and Human Services. These free publications are available through us to Minnesota residents only and will be filled and shipped based on inventory and quantity, which is ever changing. (Non-Minnesota residents need to contact their state RADAR Center.)
While most of the materials listed are free, shipping is not. Customers must pay shipping costs. Materials are shipped via third class U.S. Mail or UPS. If you have any questions, please call the clearinghouse at 763-427-5310, ext. 129 or 800-782-1878, ext. 129.
