Sessions include topics on implementing a bullying prevention program throughout a school district, the state of violence prevention in Minnesota schools, teen dating violence prevention, youth suicide awareness and responsiveness, cyber bullying policy-making, and more!
Event speakers include: Dr. Marlene Snyder, an author of the internationally-renowned Olweus Bullying Prevention Program; Dr. Brenda Cassillius, Minnesota Commissioner of Education; Judith Springer, author of Lifelines Intervention: Helping Students at Risk for Suicide, and other special guests.
The event is will take place at the University of Minnesota's McNamara Alumni Center, Minneapolis, located on the East Bank of the Minneapolis campus, across from Williams Arena and TCF Bank Stadium.
