Rogers store is raided for alleged synthetic drugs

"Acting on a tip that a Rogers smoke shop was selling substances that violate the state's ban on synthetic drugs, Hennepin County sheriff's deputies searched the Piecemakers store Tuesday and arrested a 27-year-old man working as a cashier.

Investigators confiscated about 400 packets of Black Mamba, which is marketed as herbal incense but is suspected of containing synthetic chemicals that create a high similar to marijuana."
