
6th Annual Minnesota Chemical Health Week
The 6th Annual Minnesota Chemical Health Week, November 18-24, 1996 is a concerted effort to heighten
awareness of problems related to alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use during a focused time period.
Alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse ravages the lives of tens of thousands of Minnesotans every
year and it's imperative that we reach as many Minnesotans as possible. Chemical Health awareness
helps in the prevention of problems before they can start. The theme for this week is ALCOHOL,
TOBACCO AND OTHER DRUG ABUSE COSTS: PREVENTION SAVES!
