Providing information to Minnesota about preventing alcohol, tobacco and other drug use and related violence since 1981
College students are significantly more likely to drink and drive after they turn 21, according to the College Life Study, a longitudinal study of undergraduate students attending a large mid-Atlantic university.
According to the research nearly one-half of underage students with access to a car admitted to driving after having had anything to drink. This percentage increased to 63% and 64% at ages 21 and 22.
